Martial Arts Night (Aikido demo) / Awyong Sensei’s Birthday

A very busy Sunday! 4.5 hours of Aikido training in the morning. A demonstration at Bouna Vista Community Centre in aid of the Martial Arts Night and Makan to celebrate Sensei’s Birthday.

The demo at Bouna Vista involved the Men’s group Bokken (4 directions) in which we will be performing next week at the 911 Zhen-Qi Shu anniversary. Also the ladies group Jo (31 Kata)
